I need the recipe for creamed cauliflower from someone in Edmonton. Anyone else with a good veggie recipe, forward it my way. We need some ideas that involve the things we can get here (like onions, potatoes, peppers, cauliflower, garlic, cucumbers, tomatoes (sheepie's allergic to those), zucchini, avocados). I just can't think of stuff to make that is simple with just lots of veggies. Oh, there is no cheddar cheese here that I found yet, but maybe when we go away to Jerusalem. And there's yummy 9% fat yogurt that I devour. We got milk in a box today. It was on the shelf; I had to ask where it was because I couldn't find it in the fridge.

I'll see what I can find for good veggie recipes. A good source is allrecipes.com
Hi - I cook my cauliflower by boiling it for about 15 minutes (just until it is tender). I make a white sauce (flour, butter, milk, salt) and then add cheese. You can use any cheese - cheese slices, cheese whiz, white cheese or even the dry cheese from macaroni and cheese! I think I use about 2 tbsp. flour, 2 tbsp. butter, and 1.5 cups milk - that's off the top of my head. allrecipes.com is a good site for recipes.
