When you consider this blog and our previous livejournal we've been blogging for a little over 4 years now. We've posted some 600 posts. Posts were made from Atlanta, Washington State, Canada, Alaska, Eastern Europe, Western Europe, the Middle East and now the South Pacific. The quality of my posts waxed and waned but seem to have mostly waned of late. There are a lot of reasons for that none of which are at all interesting or exciting or scandolous.
With those 600 odd posts (and most were quite odd) I'm done.
For a bit.
Maybe longer.
For many reasons, none of which are at all interesting or exciting or scandolous, I'm taking a hiatus from the world wide waste of time. That means no more Facebook. No more reading blogs. No more reading optometry discussion forums. No more "surfing". I have other things that need to be done. And do them I will.
I'll probably be back with more and better posts in the future.
Minimum absence - one month.
Maximum? Six.
This isn't intended to be a teenage-girl-tell-me-not-to-go-and-tell-me-how-much-you-love-me-call-for-attention post. It is simply a warning that I won't be around. If you want to find me look on email (x matt od x (at) g mail (dot) com or Skype mn(ourlastname) ).
